Besides providing many other health benefits, outside of America, Ceylon Cinnamon infused raw honey is used by doctors around the world for improving heart health.
Bee Sweet and Healthy – Raw Amish Honey
We have known and worked with our Amish beekeeper since 1974. We take great pride in being exclusive to his natural raw wildflower honey.
When we have the honey tested by Michigan State University's internationally acclaimed Apiary department for the type and percentages of pollens it contains, the results also show the quality level of the honey, which has continually been recognized by MSU as "Some of the Best Honey in the Country" even being stated, as surpassing their own.
He has just over 210 acres of wildflowers: native flowers for as far as you can see. It is here his bees get to live out their days, un-kept by modern-day beekeeping practices.
1) Our beekeeper doesn't feed the bees in the winter; they are on their own, with no refined sugar or high fructose corn syrup.
2) He only medicates the hives with an organic human-grade food mixture; the bees are never given man-made medicines or chemicals.
3) He doesn't spin or use centrifugal force to extract the honey from the comb. He lets it drip out, all on its own. By doing this the live enzymes in the honey are not weakened or damaged by the g-force or heat as they would be if spun out of the comb using modern-day practices.
All versions of Bee Sweet and Healthy’s honey start with our beekeeper’s Wildflower pollinated honey – for our “flavored” versions, our beekeeper creams the honey using his seed crystals, then infuses it using different spices, herbs, or premium food-grade essential oils.
MSU also states our beekeeper’s seed crystals are the smallest they have ever seen, making our honey a soft butter texture.
